- First Coast Surfrider: A non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to the protection and preservation of our world's oceans, waves and beaches.
- Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park: A Jacksonville city park, on the ocean and a sea turtle nesting beach that borders our northern jurisdiction. A Blue Wave Beach.
- GTM-NERR Reserve: FL DEP website for the Guana - Tolomato - Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve.
- Friends of the GTM-NERR Reserve: A private non-profit citizen organization established to support and enhance environmental education, stewardship of natural and cultural resources. Many sea turtle-related events are hosted at the Reserve's Education Center.
- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, North Florida Field Office: Excellent source of sea turtle information.
- Marine Science Center: Rehab facility in Ponce Inlet for sea turtles and sea birds. Where many of our ill and injured ones go.
- Georgia Sea Turtle Center: New rehab facility on Jekyll Island, GA. Our most recent rescues have gone here.
- NE FL Sierra Club: Focusing on preserving public lands and other environmental issues.
- Caribbean Conservation Corporation/Sea Turtle Survival League: A not-for-profit organization based in Gainesville, founded by Dr. Archie Carr, famed sea turtle researcher and conservationist.

- Beaches A1A Parrot Head Club, Inc. holds their annual Earlene Holton Memorial Polar Parrot Plunge to benefit BSTP.
- First Street Gallery and the artists, for their annual sea turtle art exhibit which benefits the patrol.
- Kaitlan Radoycis from Manhattan Beach, Calif., made and sold grocery totes in 2007 to encourage bag recycling. Kaitlan donated $1.00 per bag sold to BSTP. (Kaitlan's aunt and local BSTP supporter, Mary Beth Lonergan presented the check to BSTP).

- Shugar Shack Chocolatier in Jacksonville, FL donates a portion of sales from their chocolate-pecan sea turtle candies.
- Turtle Island Natural Foods in Atlantic Beach. Their Save A Bag campaign encourages patrons to use recyclable bags in lieu of plastic bags. The market makes a donation to an environmental group for each plastic bag saved. Four thousand nine hundred thirty bags were saved during the BSTP campaign!
- Untamed Adventures, an outdoor group for women periodically hosts educational sea turtle seminars.
- Wachovia Bank for its employee volunteerism and Foundation grants policy.
- Wave Masters Society, a not-for-profit group of local surfers that periodically hold charitable events, of which BSTP has been a recipient.
